These terms govern your use of the Amber Daily app. By downloading or using Amber Daily, you agree to them.

1. What Amber Daily is

Amber Daily is a personal tracking tool for people using GLP-1 medication. It helps you log and reflect on your medication, weight, mood, food noise, side effects, and notes. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always follow the guidance of your healthcare provider. Never disregard professional medical advice because of something in the app.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Amber Daily.

3. Your data

Your entries are stored on your device and, if enabled, in your own iCloud account. You are responsible for maintaining access to your device and Apple account. Please see our Privacy Policy for details of how information is handled.

4. Subscriptions

Amber Daily offers auto-renewable subscriptions (billed weekly or annually) that unlock full access to the app.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your Apple ID account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings at any time.
• Prices are shown in the app in your local currency and may vary by region.

Purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's Terms of Service. Refunds are handled by Apple according to their policies.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use the app only for its intended personal purpose and not to misuse, reverse engineer, or attempt to disrupt it.

6. Intellectual property

The app, its design, and its content are owned by Amber Daily and protected by applicable law. Your personal entries remain yours.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app, and nothing in the app should be relied upon as a substitute for professional medical care.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
